Roy Rogers serves as Director of Operations for SEC’s East Region. With 39 years of experience in operations management, he is a seasoned Director of Operations passionate about optimizing safety and efficiency. Throughout his career, Roy has consistently delivered impactful results, driving growth and operational excellence.

Since joining SEC in 2014, Roy has played a pivotal role in scaling the company from 22 crews to over 100 at its peak, demonstrating his commitment to both strategic leadership and hands-on success. Roy’s deep expertise lies in fostering sustainable operational growth, ensuring safety standards, and enhancing team performance to meet and exceed organizational goals.

Roy and his wife, Shauna Blair, have a combined 9 children and 14 grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys working on his farm and collecting whiskey.
