Keith Kinchen serves as Director of Human and Organizational Performance for SEC. Since joining SEC in 2015, he has helped to build the safety-driven culture that the company has become known for. Before coming to SEC, Keith spent 30 years in the electrical industry at an Investor-Owned Utility.

Keith and his wife, Racheal, have three children. They love to travel and listen to great music, often following their two musician sons. Keith is very involved in his church and loves spending quality time with his family.
