Jason Davis joined SEC in 2026 as Director of Operations for SEC’s Central Region. He brings with him 17 years of experience in the electrical industry, along with a strong background in operations and field leadership, working in all areas of the industry.

Jason also brings a strong leadership foundation from his military service, with deployments in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2004 to 2009 and later serving in the Marine Corps Reserve and Army Reserve. Jason’s experience leading teams in demanding environments has helped shape his approach to leadership, accountability and teamwork.

Outside of work, Jason and his wife, Brittani, enjoy supporting their twin daughters’ sporting events. When he gets the chance, he also enjoys hunting, fishing, competitive shooting, and training in jiu-jitsu.
