Jason Belk serves as Vice President of Project Management for SEC, bringing extensive experience in the electrical utility and construction industries. Before joining SEC in October 2025, Jason spent 10 years with Mississippi Power and held positions with Siemens Energy, Dacon Construction, and Dashiell Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Mississippi State University.

Jason provides strategic leadership and oversight for SEC’s project management operations. He works closely with project management teams and company leadership to drive operational efficiency, strengthen client relationships, ensure successful project execution, and support the company’s continued growth. His leadership helps ensure SEC continues to deliver safe, efficient, and quality results across its expanding portfolio of projects.

A native of Meridian, Mississippi, Jason resides there with his wife, Jenna, and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time on the family cattle farm, and supporting his children in their sporting activities.
