Dillon Roberts serves as Chief Operating Officer for SEC, overseeing day-to-day operations within the company. Ambitious and resourceful, Dillon has built a successful career at SEC over the last 15 years including an instrumental role in building SEC’s impressive fleet department.

Dillon joined SEC in 2009 right out of high school in the fleet department washing trucks. He quickly worked his way up, managing the laydown yard in Flowood before working as a mechanic, both in the field and at the shop. After several years, Dillon was promoted to Shop Manager and then Vice President of Fleet Operations before being named Chief Operating Officer in 2026.

Dillon and his wife, Kayla, have three daughters. When time allows, he loves traveling and rodeoing with his family.
