Dillon Roberts serves as Vice President of Fleet Operations for SEC, a position he has held since 2017. Ambitious and resourceful, Dillon has built a successful career at SEC over the last 15 years and helped to build SEC’s impressive fleet department.

Dillon joined SEC in 2009 right out of high school in the fleet department washing trucks. He quickly worked his way up, managing the laydown yard in Flowood before working as a mechanic, both in the field and at the shop. In 2014, Dillon was promoted to Shop Manager and then Vice President of Fleet Operations in 2017.

Dillon and his wife, Kayla, have three daughters. When time allows, he loves traveling and rodeoing with his family.
