Chris Riggs serves as Director of Operations for SEC’s West Region, bringing 29 years of industry experience and 18 years of dedicated service to SEC. Chris began his career at SEC as a foreman and worked his way through the ranks as a general foreman, safetyman, and superintendent before stepping into his current leadership role.

A resident of Texarkana, Arkansas, Chris is the proud father of two grown sons and grandfather to three. Outside of work, he enjoys dirt track racing, spending time on the lake with family and friends, working on old hot rods in his shop, and lending a helping hand to those in need.
