Donovan Guilbeau serves as Vice President of Human and Organizational Performance for SEC, managing the planning and training of all employees in the art and science of eliminating human error to improve safety and production. He is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (C.O.S.S.) who has worked for various utility-driven organizations that have allowed him to use his passion for safety, his budget management experience, his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and his extensive leadership skills.

Possessing a solid knowledge of safety processes, Donovan previously served as the Manager of Safety Delivery for Entergy Utility Operations where he helped create the Entergy Safety Advisory Board Leadership Council and is a Charter Member of the PowerSafe Program at Entergy. Donovan is also an excellent public speaker, widely sought out as a professional trainer. He excels in diverse work groups and can bring a project to completion regularly exceeding expectations.

Donovan and his wife have five children and seven grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys beekeeping, hunting and fishing, and motorcycles.
