Duane Sistrunk joined SEC as Vice President of Substation Operations in 2026, providing strategic leadership for SEC’s growing substation division, focusing on safety, quality, project execution, and client satisfaction. Duane brings more than 40 years of industry experience to the role, including 33 years with Entergy. During the last 6 years, he has focused on substation construction and operations, successfully leading complex substation and relay projects and building high-performing teams dedicated to operational excellence.

Outside of work, Duane enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and two grandchildren. He places a high priority on family and takes pride in supporting his grandchildren’s activities whenever possible.
